How to prepare
With a drizzle of vegetable oil, warm your pan (ideally non-stick) over a high heat.
Dry off your rump steak using paper towels, massage with vegetable oil mixed with a clove of garlic that you will have chopped in super tiny pieces. Put some salt flower on both sides.
When the pan is very hot, add the steak and cook it for two to three minutes on each side for medium-rare. For well done, cook for an additional minute on each side.
