Kiwis are high in Vitamine C and fibres. a rich in nutrients and low in calories. This fruit supports heart health, digestive health, and immunity.

A bit of history: in 1904, a schoolteacher introduced kiwis to New Zealand upon returning from China with seeds. The New Zealanders called it “kiwi” after their national bird. 🙂

Good to know: according to The HealthLine, eating 1–2 medium kiwis before bed may help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Indeed, kiwis are rich in serotonin and antioxidants: both of which may improve sleep quality when eaten before bed.

Storage

Store on your counter if they are very heard. Store in your fridge if you feel they are a little soft. If they are really soft, then it is probably too late to eat them.
