How to prepare
Cut it in half and remove the seeds. Slice the half into wedges or cubes and put it in the oven, 200C for 20 minutes. Peel it, mash it and serve it with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. 🙂
You can also peel it, cut it in 2cm cubes, put a bit of olive oil and pepper on top, put it in the oven, 200C for 20 minutes.
Put it in the lower compartment of your fridge, or if you are planning to eat it within a couple of days, you can leave it on your counter.
