The 5kg Low Carb bag was designed especially for our members who are following the Keto Diet. Our bags contain less than 43gr of carbs per day. This diet is usually used to lower the inflammation in your body.  The content of the bag is a mix of the 5kg bag with our 3kg Premium bag, but we have removed all the vegetables and fruit that are high on sugar. Although this bag almost exclusively contains vegetables, we decided to leave some berries in, mainly because one usually only eats a few in a meal, and also some limes and lemons that are low in carbs.
