How to prepare
Okra goes very well with a variety of vegetables: tomatoes, onions, peppers, corn, and eggplants. The slimy liquid that okra give when it is cut will thicken any liquid it is cooked in, making it a wonderful addition to stews. Before cooking a whole okra, slice off the tips and stem ends.
Storage
Wash and dry them. Then keep in an air tight container in your fridge. You can add a kitchen towel at the bottom of the dish to absorb the remaining water.
