How to prepare
There are so many really nice recipes to cook kaolin, but one of my children’s favourite is the stir fry kailan. They are also lovely with mushrooms.
How to store it?
Soak them into water with a bit of white vinegar for 10 minutes. Then rince thoroughly and dry them. Wrap the leaves in a t-towel and in your fridge, this will allow them to last longer.
